These are both Part 115 titles we need to establish. For more about this subject go to the last page of the Operations section in our OPM.
Hereafter they will be known as FXs and AMP's.
FX's are the the same people authorised to do assessments on foreign tandem pilots.
PG FX are in the members area listed as "Pilots authorised to carry out assessments for paraglider tandem pilot ratings." Click here: http://nzhgpa.org.nz/db/assessors/viewassessors.php?jtype=P
The HG assessors (and therefore Flight examiners)don't have a similar list on the website, but they are currently as follows:
Ian Clark, Niall Mueller, Angus Tapper, Anders Palmqvist, Trevor Leighton and Glenn Meadows. This list may have a few more added soon, but if you own a Part 115 HG operation you need to have your pilots assessed by one of these people to fly commercial tandems.
Authorized Maintenance personnel (AMPs) are the same people currently authorized to do WOF's on gliders, but not if they got that privilege solely by being a club OSO. Click on the following links and the top bunch are the AMP's, as long as their authority hasn't expired.
