Why join the NZHGPA

Flying is the ultimate dream.
Flying gives you a feeling of freedom and achievement.
Flying challenges you and motivates you.
Flying creates friendship and it is so much fun.
New Zealand is an awesome place to fly with coastal ridges and high mountains
offering some of the best lift you can find anywhere in the world.
There are 700 members in the NZHGPA enjoying New Zealand's uncrowded skys.
There are 14 clubs throughout New Zealand and many commercial schools.
Hang gliding and paragliding are relatively inexpensive and easy to learn.
You will fly solo after a few lessons with a certified instructor.
So make contact with your nearest club, school or tandem operator today.
And you too can enjoy the freedom of flight.
